BRILLIANT IDEA
PartageAuto was born from the imagination of the people from AutoPlateau. It is an innovative solution of transport, which combines the autopartage and the traditional cars hiring system.
As a member of PartageAuto, you rent a car only when you need one. The remainder of time, it is used by other members. The enormous advantage? A “divided” vehicle fee will cost you a fraction of the price which you would normally pay if you were the owner.
THE WAY OF COMBINING BOTH
The territory of PartageAuto covers the Great Montreal area – within a radius of 100 kilometers starting from our office of the Berri street. After 100 km, AutoPlateau takes over by offering a traditional hiring. In this case, our tariffing system finds the best price for the hiring chosen period : it will be either the tariff fixed by your subscription, or the tariff of AutoPlateau, sometimes reduced, therefore sometimes more advantageous. In short, you have access to all our cars and all our prices.
Moreover, the members of PartageAuto can benefit from other privileges at AutoPlateau, of which they know exactly the content at the time of their adhesion.
MULTIPLE CHOICES
Your needs are perhaps constant, perhaps changing. Our formula was thought to be flexible.
You can rent a car for one hour, one day, a weekend, one week, as you wish - to go everywhere in Quebec, in Ontario, in the Atlantic provinces and to some American States.
NO HEADACHE
PartageAuto accommodates you at only one and single place: our office of the Sherbrooke subway, well known by subway users. There, an agent will give you a car suitable with impeccable mechanics. All our vehicles are sedans equipped with air-conditioning, an automatic gear box and snow tires in season.
Fuel, lava- window pane in good quantity… What more to ask for? A CD reader to listen to the music that you like.
I RESERVE MY CAR
The reservation is done if possible by Internet, if not by phone during our office hours. And if you need a car for a small period of time, even only one hour, it is better to hold it a few hours in advance.
In the event of an unforeseen displacement, which did not leave you time to hold a car, simply present yourself at our office of the Berri street. We will hurry up to satisfy you within a short time.
TO BECOME A MEMBER
- The future member initially fills out the online form. Then he/she must take an appointment to sign the adhesion contract. He/she then needs to bring he’s/her valid driving license.
- All driving licenses are accepted, whether it is a regular one or probatory one; and whatever the transmitting country is.
- There is no fee for the right of adhesion to PartageAuto.
- It is necessary to discharge the annual contribution at the date fixed by the plan.
- The consumer credit is automatically recognized for the holders of a credit card. If not, a $350 deposit is required.
- The annual tariffs are always revised on June 1 and on January 1, no matter what the adhesion date is.
A STATEMENT IS NEEDED
Not everyone do have the means of buying a car, nor time or energy to take care of it. Several choose not to have one, by environmental concern. And public transit isn’t always a practical and realistic response to your needs for displacement. Then, let us be ground with ground!
